Sub: Help for Earthquake Victims

All the students of XYZ school are hereby notified that the school is going to help the victims of the devastating earthquake in Nepal with money, clothes, food and other necessary things. The people of Nepal have been horribly affected by this earthquake and are in extremely distressed condition. So the students are asked to .collect old dresses, dry food and money from their families and their neighbours and submit them to the undersigned on or before 21' December 2017, so that the relief can be sent to the affected areas through the Ramakrishna Mission.

…that on 23rd of this month, free cycles will be distributed to them under the project "Sabuj Saathi" `Sabuj' in Bengali means green, implying children and `Saathi' means companion—launched by the Govt of West Bengal. For this, the local MLA has been invited to inaugurate the distribution programme and give .a speech on this project. Sub: Keep your surroundings clean programme.

…that on behalf of our club, we are going to organise a "keep surroundings clean programme" in our locality on 25th Sept. '07. The programme will start at 10 a.m. on the said day as a social service spirit. Drains and the stagnant water of our locality will be cleaned and uncollected garbages in the different lanes and by-lanes will be removed. The members who are willing to participate, are told to enlist their names to the undersigned on or before, 24th Sept. 07. Participants are told to bring the bucket, broom but Bleaching powder phenyl and other necessaries are to be given. Light tiffin will be given as refreshment. The participants are requested to assemble in the club campus on 25th Sept., at 9 a.m.

Sub: Educational tour to Kolkata Science City'

We are glad to announce that our next educational tour to Kolkata Science City has been arranged by our school dated on 15th November by a luxury bus. Our journey will start with our school campus at 8 a.m. on the said day and return by the evening. Willing students to join the tour are told to contact our game teacher to enrol their names, you are told to deposit Rs. 150/- per head along with the guardian's consent letter on or before 10th Nov. 2007. The main attractions of the Science City are Dinosaur, Toy Train and many other wonders of Science. Light tiffin and lunch will be given. The tour will be guided by four teachers including our game teacher ___________

Sub: For keep your School clean.

The attention of the Students is hereby drawn to the fact that our school has decided to arrange a programme entitled “Keep your School clean”. You all know that our classrooms and the school compound get dirty with dust, empty food packets, pieces of paper, dry leaves etc. every day. Therefore, the said programme has been taken up/ undertaken to create a beautiful and healthy environment in our school. We shall pick up litters from the classrooms and the ground, sweep the floors with brooms and then wash the rooms and the toilets with phenyl mixed water. We shall sweep the whole ground and spread bleaching powder at suitable places. For this purpose, the students will be divided into small groups with one leader chosen from each group.

All the concerned are requested to note the following particulars :

Sub: Green Day

All the students of our school are hereby informed that our school is going to organize a Green Drive to create awareness among the students and the general public about the need to conserve our forests and wildlife as part of the World Wildlife Day celebrations on 3'd March.
