Ø  Velan was the old gardener of the big house.

Ø  No tenants lived in the house for more than three months. The owner also dropped the practice of visiting the house and even Velan gave up the practice of sweeping and cleaning it.  Thus, the house acquires the reputation of a ghost house.

Ø  A company brought the house. They bought it to make buildings for professional purpose.

Ø  No, They did not need a garden.

Ø  Vellan requested the tree-cutters to stop cutting the tree till he had gone far away.
